Return & Refund Policy

Dear customers, velour carpet mats are non-returnable products as they are specially produced products upon your order. Due to the screen calibration of the device you are using or lighting conditions, the product color may appear slightly different from the real life. For this reason, you can ask us all the questions you have in mind before ordering, you can request real photos or physical samples of carpet options. We are here to answer all your questions with pleasure.

Velour carpet mats can only be returned in the following cases.

  • If the product sent is different from the product you ordered, (evidence such as photos, videos and vehicle model details must be provided.)
  • If the product has been damaged during transportation or production. (A statement kept by the courier is required.)
  • If the product is sent with missing accessories.

Other automotive textile products can only be returned in the following cases.

  • If the product has been damaged during transportation or production. (A statement kept by the courier is required.)
  • If the product accessories are missing.
  • If a different product was sent from the product you ordered.
  • If the quantity of the product is less than what you ordered.

Terms Of Delivery

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
  • Any import duties, taxes pr brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices
  • International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
  • We ship items out as soon ad possible, but this will not always be the same day as you order. In general please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time.
