Dear customers, you can return the unused products you have purchased from our site within 30 days. The returned product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. Due to the screen calibration of the device you are using or lighting conditions, the product color may appear slightly different from the real life. For this reason, you can ask us all the questions you have in mind before ordering, you can request real photos or physical samples of carpet options. We are here to answer all your questions with pleasure.
The return shipping fee will be covered by our company only if the following conditions are met.
- If the product sent is different from the product you ordered, (evidence such as photos, videos and vehicle model details must be provided.)
- If the product has been damaged during transportation or production. (A statement kept by the courier is required.)
- If the product is sent with missing accessories.
Except for these conditions, the cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
Terms Of Delivery
- Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
- Any import duties, taxes pr brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices
- We ship items as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as you order. In general, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
